This is the Anacostia river as it is flowing towards the Potomac (1 mile away). The location is behind Nationals stadium.

The picture is as it came out of the camera except that it was obviously resized. Other than that, no processing.

What a pity. Give it a try - shoot RAW and do a bit of post-processing. Your good photos will be better.

It's not a crime to level off an horizon specially when there is water involved.... So sometimes post processing is a good thing, you should give it a try ! You also may use the level gage in the Q2, very nice feature when dealing with landscape... 😎
