  1. Any thoughts on getting this? I suspect at the very least it can't hurt. Thank you! https://www.ebay.com/itm/385350197765?hash=item59b8a96205:g:gQkAAOSw4atjwWlN
  2. Have you used this product? Thank you for your response!
  3. I recently discovered that dust can get into Q sensors through the microphones openings. Some recommend covering them with tape. Is there any particular tape that is favored? Something that won't turn dry and brittle over time and become problematic, or add a sticky substance? I checked for dust in my Q2M - which I've owned for a year - and thankfully it is dust free. Cheers, Wilfredo+
  4. Does the Q2 and Q3 come with the saphire screen glass?
  5. Other opinion: Yes, I will most likely buy a Q3 when the Q3M version comes along. For now, I will continue enjoying my Q2M.
  6. It's going to be a long 20 months! The flip screen is such a welcomed feature in my world. I love photographing "life" as in this Q2M shot from Lisbon.
  7. Sorry to read about those freezes. Hopefully, by the time the Q3M comes along, bugs will have been worked out of the system.
  8. I suspect many of us Q2M shooters who are mostly Black and White photographers will wait for the Q3M. The new Q3 is tempting but I personally am enamored with Black and White photography, and no matter how well we do Black and White conversions from Color, at the end of the day for the purists, it’s not the same. I suspect the wait is going to feel like a very long time before the Q3M comes along. Leica is not a big company, and so much of their production is done by hand, that I understand why both options are not introduced simultaneously. Again, patience!
  9. Great review, thank you! I’m looking forward to the advent of the Q3M. The new Q3 boasts improvements I was hoping for. I’m so glad Leica payed attention to its customer base.
  10. I’m also wondering when the Q3M will come along? I won’t be letting go of my Q2M until that happens. I look forward to the Q3M with all the improvements. Patience!
  11. I’m happy to read about the new Profoto Connect Pro being available for Leica cameras. I’m wondering if it works on the Q2?
  12. I’m happy to see this photo as a Q2M shooter. Does the increase to 60 megapixels make for better low light shooting? This B&W conversion looks pretty good. Excellent moody shot.
