What a wonderful pair of photographs. They remind me of a sort of 18th-Century 'et in arcadia ego' painting. The 2nd photograph has a clearness to it which one notices when compared to the first.

Many thanks, Beresford !  This is a typical scene especially on weekends in the Tiergarten, Berlin.

As the Milky Way is straight above us where I am right now and there is zero light pollution on the islands, I have set to capture it on with my 35 mm steel rim wide open. The orange star bottom right is Antares, the brightest star in the zodiacal constellation Scorpius (all bottom part) and one of the largest known stars, having several hundred times the diameter of the Sun and 10K x the Sun's luminosity.

Wide open (despite what EXIF says, clearly seen by coma + astigmatism), 16s at 3200 ISO, it will not let you do more at this ISO as the longest exposure time on M10 depeds on the ISO setting (page 174 of the user manual). You would also not want to do more than 25-30s due to earth rotation (with 24mm and wider), the 35mm is already pushing it for my exposure time which should be about 12s max.

Thanks. I’m under the Milky Way myself, being not far from you right now. But at 800 iso film, I’d need around a minute to grab it like you.
