@dkmoore thank you for sharing; just wondering if you have taken some shots using pre-ASPH lenses with the M10M? So far all examples Ive seen are with ASPH / APO lenses. The MM1 was the only MM I had but my favorite thing about it was how amazing it looked with old vintage lens (lux pre-ASPH, 8 elements, etc..). Would be great to know if the M10M matches old lenses as well as the MM1 did.

I'll try to post something tomorrow taken with my 1960 version 50mm Summicron. My camera just arrived late this afternoon and about all I can say at this point with regard to the older lens is that it's tack sharp on the new Mono.

Awesome looking forward to it, thank you! :) Old lens shine on the MM1, looking forward to seeing how they look on the M10M!

M10M with M 50 APO - The shop where I received my M10M is seen at end of laneway (Thank yo Camera Electronics and Leica Australia). These darker alley shots with bright areas of sheer sunlight are always create issues with Monochrom cameras. Everyone has their methods to deal with such exposures. It maybe challenging to avoid blowing the highlights however its the very thing that motivates me to getting it right - in the camera. Nothing else can provide such required discipline except for maybe using film.

Here are some few shots with this new camera, it is my first Monochrom so I need to work my digital darkroom with its files, I have experience with color conversion to B&W with M240 and M10, it quite different with the Monochrom but I really like the taste 😉 The files have so much from to work with at any iso, textures are incredibly precise but still natural compared to the Fuji GFX50 which I had the opportunity to work with it is another world, Fuji files were a pain to my eyes. Let’s see some photos

Thanks for the whole series, which along with the other images posted here over the last day or so make my shutter button finger very itchy indeed!  Hopefully next month I'll be able to start posting too...
