All shots were taken with the SL2-S and Sigma 150-600 DG DN Sports - no converter. My experience is that the TC-1411 is producing bad results. I sold it and keep on taking images without any converter. I am using the new 60-600mm Sigma and put the 1411 on when I got it and have never taken it off - examples of images are elsewhere in this forum. I am very satisfied with the results I am getting. I'm following this thread with interest but don't have the 60-600 yet; I have the Sigma 100-400 and purchased a TC-1411 off Amazon. It bricked my lens ("lens communication error"), and I had to send the lens to Sigma to replace a circuit board. Obviously I returned the TC to Amazon. Sigma repair would not comment on what caused the damage, but it's too coincidental... I have a thread on the forum with my experiences. So, I do hope this is not a trend with the TC-1411s... the Sigma lenses just seem so good that it would be disappointing to think that the TCs are hit and miss. My experience with the extender has been fine and the support from Sigma technical support on some general questions I had about the new 60-600mm has been very positive.
