I failed to see what's special, I thought It's the most overpriced Leica M lens ever. But I was so wrong. This is hands down the best Leica M lens I ever have and used and I sold my Summilux 50 ASPH few weeks after I got the APO50. The current Leica ASPH. M lens offering. They all have very similar look but to me APO50 have the other ASPH. M lens's sharpness while still have a very good character, which is very unique.
