I just got a text from my local dealer a demo unit will not be available for 2 weeks, Can we see some file comparisons between the M240 and the M10. ??

I am trying to find out the info displayed in the OVF. Is it same as M240? Any additional info displayed (like clearer indication of exposure compensation activated)? I combed through the various review but don't see anyone mentioning it.

Well I will when I have it in my hands.  Ivor at Red Dot tells me body #1 will be with him on Friday. I then ask myself do I wait until I'm down in London or do I ask him to courier it to me

Obviously, he should courier it up so I can come down from Keswick and run my inquisitive hands all over it.

Sorry, I do not know. It looks the same then my silver Summilux 35 Asph. It also looks not to far from my silver M7. The M7 seems slightly shinier.

You'll notice the size before you notice the weight difference in hand. The top plate is not brass — it's black chrome, just like the M262's.

See what you mean by strap rings possibly scuffing body. Artisan & Artist have soft leather protector fitting over lugs to prevent this.
