Actually, the real clichė is an Elephant in front of Kili, but I think a Giraffe (and a long lens) emphasizes the massive presence of the mountain better.

Normally this photograph is taken from Amboseli, but this was in the Selenkay Conservancy, ten miles north of the border of the National Park.

The advantage is twofold. Firstly there are no other visitors there, unlike the Park, which is rather overrun by tourists (which influences animal behaviour negatively and is not very pleasant in general) and secondly, as evidenced by the photograph, the vegetation has not been destroyed by the Elephants.
