I'm looking for a original replacement strap for me M8. Yes I like the original but I have damaged one of the plastic strap/ring locking devices.

Yes I have tried other straps, many, and found I liked the original the best.

I have called Leica NJ and thought I ordered a new one but that was more than a week ago and they have not charged my CC and it hasn't been delivered.

They show up on ebay once in a while also. If you can't find one new, you might be able to find one there. I think I've sold two or three over the years on ebay.

Yeah thanks Rob, I've already found it and ordered 2 of them. I guess I'll use one of the extras on one of my M3's or the R4s.
