Nice work in the station John, especially the waiting conductor. You're apparently processing your photo's faster than most, I have hardly started on the second day yet and am still working on the first day.

Everything I have processed is now in a SmugMug gallery: LUF Weekend september 3-4 2022 Antwerpen, but it is far from finished so far.

Here's one from saturday I liked:

Well, that is the advantage be being retired 🙂
And I have no analog development work to do of course.

Pieter, that B&W picture from Roger going down the steps is amazing!
Thanks for sharing!

Well, I'm retired as well :)

Thanks for the compliment John, my usual statement is that you never make your best pictures during photo meets but this is probably a rare exception. For full disclosure, I cloned out about a half head just peeking over the edge behind the stairs that was really distracting. I know it's cheating but it really improved the photo.

@satijntje, are your B&W's from a monochrome body or converted to B&W from the colour file?

That bridge is very nice, with the cycling ramp. I notice everyone has their artistic imprint: low key for instance. Or slight HDR. I can be inspiring. Like Herman's style of removing heads (and now Pegelli admitted he did that too). What will Herman come up with?  I like to see everyone's style!

This one has that silly sign: to be destroyed. (in sort of low key to exagerate the sign).

While Amsterdam was once reknown for psychedelic frindge events, Antwerpen now covertly also has their exploits of the Brain. That really distinguishes it from Rotterdam that only has the Brainport. This sign we walked by just before Herman's home.

Great Albert, I also like to see everybodies different photos of the same places (or along the same route), that's very enlightning.

I really like your photo of the little kid on the bike. Even without the orange sticker it would still be a hoot!

A little quieter place, in the Beginage

And we did visit the kaviar shop, Michiel and Herman discussing possibilities, but Nadia keeping a close eye on her husband ;)

In the Beginage we saw some spooky figures, one passinately wanting to give bread to the poor,

Time to show some from sunday, I still might have some from saturday later, we'll see. I had too much fun and probably shot way too many photos and then I still have a roll of FP4+ to develop.

We didn't take a group shot (or didn't bother to take a group shot) but I found that this one comes pretty close. It clearly shows we were a free roaming but slightly disjointed crowd. Apparently that's the style we all seemed to enjoy most ;)

Wonderful photos John, I like them all and my favourites of this series are photo number 4 and 6. I wish I had such a photographic eye.

I tried my hand on analog film, but while using my Elmar 24mm lens to get sharpness everywhere , somehow I have the impression everything turned out the wrong way

This classical street shot from the hip worked out fine. I saw them eating the waffle each on one side, in the passage up to De Beurs but I wasn't quick enough.
