Nothing much exciting, just putting battery onto charge, last one was taken in 50mm crop mode. I have done nothing with the colours, export from lightroom RAW.

I'm sure we've all seen enough photos of the Q2 to know what it looks like

Dan. What’s your experience the new EVF? Big difference? Thanks.

I also look forward to hearing your comparisons of images from both cameras.

Q2 - EVF feels bigger, colour is more true to life, contasty

the shutter is quieter on the q2

We didn't get far before cold rain started to pelt us, so came back - but i did get a quick shot of the post box.

f1.7, auto iso auto shutter speed, import to LR and export without any changes.

The green in the co-op banner seems the most obvious difference.

Keep it coming please. My dealer has one with my name on it which I could pick up next week but I am really a little unsure as I am now pretty happy with my A7rIII with the 24 GM (24mm/f1.4) and this Q2 is really very expensive

Sooooo, what you're saying is that you are going to be buying a Q2 shortly and you need a little more of a nudge.   We get it.

Well sort of but I am really interested in seeing some more peoples input on various aspects of the camera. 24GM on the A7rIII is just superb but a little wide for me but on the other hand is in many ways from an IQ perspective similar to the Q2

hm i think there's something about the led lights and walls in my lounge that show blotchyness in high ISO, happens on other cameras

Dan. I’d be very interested in your take / impressions on IQ of the Q2 versus the Q. You're an experienced Q user. I expect you’d pretty immediately notice any differences good or bad. I’m not asking for an exhaustive test, but instead your experienced perspective. Thanks.
