Another from my Berlin S-Bahn series. A lone passenger is waiting for the train in Berlin Schöneberg station at the 25.5.1985.
Above the ceiling there are the rails of the Ringbahn (circle-line), that was still closed in these days.

Fuji HR 100

There is an atmosphere to this photo that I love ...  the empty space, the closed doors and sense of loneliness.

Here an example of the pushed ProImage film showing the increased grain - or so I thought. In the original size the grain is clearly visible in the out-of focus areas - almost to a pointillistic effect - thought I notice that the size reduction to publish the picture here mostly gets rid of the grain and replaces it with some visual smudge... If you squint your eyes and dream you can still imagine the grain 😀

Grain or not, the combination of colour and the browsing horse makes for a fabulous photograph.

Dead end

Also the eighties. Duisburg Hochfeld 1983. Closed building shortly before they disapear.

PAN-F, AE-1

For some reason, I find this photograph to be quite mesmerizing. I write after about 10 minutes of staring at it.

Best,

Wayne

very nice, Fotoklaus. The Fuji seems to handle the  red quite good--in my experience the color seems to be difficult for both films and sensors..

the judas hole and the drawstring make a nice couple. The drawstring is attached to a device called " jalousie" in german and french--better pull in time!
