Chaemono Posted November 6, 2019 Share #5 Â Posted November 6, 2019 Best video review on IQ so far, starting at 4:50. Â
Mr.Q Posted November 6, 2019 Share #6  Posted November 6, 2019 No offense to that guy, but based on his past reviews I've found his take to be a bit too enthusiastic and not really accurate. In the real world I would imagine the IQ of both cameras to be identical.

caissa Posted November 6, 2019 Share #10 Â Posted November 6, 2019 How times have changed ! The SL2 is even heavier than the SL and looks quite similar. But now people like it (they say). But with the SL, 4 years ago, everybody was critizising the size, weight and design .... 1

Actually, I belong to those that e.g. find the M with the larger M-lenses (Luxes, Noctiluxes, 90Cron etc) rather unbalanced. But we are all different... 4
otto.f Posted November 6, 2019 Share #12  Posted November 6, 2019 (edited) I never critizised its weight when working with it, it has a very fine and comfortable ergonomic feel in the hand which is very functional too because I had sharp photo’s with the apo telyt 280/4.0 even with apo extender. But the weight is a thing in your backpack on a hike Edited November 6, 2019 by otto.f

Looking forward to playing! Edited November 6, 2019 by helged

Likaleica Posted November 6, 2019 Share #19 Â Posted November 6, 2019 (edited) I just checked RRS website and, of course, they do not have plate for the SL2, which might take a while. Â They are taking pre-orders on the Q2 plates. Â I don't know if they get a template ahead of time or what determines lag time.
