How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2480 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Fil

White rose with yellow stamen - SL2 and Sigma 100-400. Can recommend the lens on the SL2 even together with the 2 ply extender.But this one is only with the lens.

Some days in East Frisia - instead of taking the whole SL2 gear with me, this time only with one lense - the Summicron 50 SL prime - in line with Leica's approach of reducing to "Das Wesentliche". Some of the photos have been shown in the last couple of days - here is the entire series for those who are interested. Enjoy and thanks for watching!

Great set of photos and love the presentation.  Proves that good a photographer needs only one lens!
