Ecar Posted October 6, 2020 Share #6467 Posted October 6, 2020 Advertisement (gone after registration) These are from an unusual and cute little lens. Very low contrast and high propensity to flare make it quite challenging to use. LR contrast and clarity sliders had to come to the (partial) rescue here. I'll post a few more shortly. BrianS Posted October 7, 2020 Share #6470 Posted October 7, 2020 A view OF older glass, but it took me a long time to collect these. The Nikkor-SC 5cm F1.5 and Nikkor-QC 13.5cm F4 are from the same batch of lenses that DDD used in Korea for the book "This is War". Maybe 300 Nikkor-SC 5cm F1.5 in LTM and 600 Nikkor-QC 13.5cm F4 in LTM. The Nikkor-HC Nikkor 5cm F2 collapsible is on the Leica, Nikkor-PC 8.5cm F2 and Nikkor 3.5cm F3.5 on the left. Early Nikon finder on the Leica, matches the age of the lenses- serial number 902xxx. Welcome, dear visitor! Charles Morgan Posted October 9, 2020 Share #6475 Posted October 9, 2020 A rather beautiful set of photos with a very interesting and smooth rendering lens Ecar - it's the first time I've ever heard of it, but the results are lovely.
