I think the Buddha is of the Thai style, and the bricks suggest Sukhothai.

You are right that it’s a Thai buddha, there are more places with brickstone though and Sukhotai is not the one. I would like to know the name of the temple (wat) and the ancient city where it is nearby

Depending on your definition of Western Hemispere, it may or may not be in it.  But not the Americas. Trees are a mix of oranges and olives.
