Seit der Firmwareversion 2.0.2 wie folgt möglich

-> Lightroom auf neuste Version bringen
-> Leica Tethering Plugin für Adobe herunterladen
-> Plugin in Lightroom einbinden
-> Kamera-Einstellungen / UBS-Modus / Tethering
-> Kamera mit USB-Kabel an Computer anschliessen
-> In Lightroom Tethering starten

und los gehts!
