viramati Posted June 25, 2023 Share #1 Posted June 25, 2023 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) I tried out the Q3 a bit in the Leica store in Mayfair and was slightly surprised to see that AF while in continuous lock on focus still pulses in and out a bit like the Q2 but not so pronounced. I know that it has Hybrid AF as opposed to pure contrast detect as in the Q2. My question is to any of you who use Sony A series cameras (I have the A1 and A7riv) and now own the Q3 how do you find continuous lock on AF compares. How do you find eye/face detect to work? I am certainly not going to lay out over £5000 for a camera that is not equal to my Sony's in this respect. Thanks Edited June 25, 2023 by viramati
