Hi, I am not sure if I understood you correctly, but I took the Sonnar to Schwetzingen on the second day of the event.

The Sonnar shows focus shift. So, I used it almost always minimally at f 2,8, which leads to less subject isolation. (The Summicron focuses at f 2.)

Less subjection isolation means more context, which can also be quite appealing ...
