I was going to guess a Kodak emulsion, but it didn't look quite pastel enough to be Portra.  Yes, Colorplus 200 is one of my favorites, but it's always out of stock in the US.

Mrs. Jimothy bought me a Canon FD to Leica M lens adapter for Christmas. The attached was taken with a Tokina 28-70 f3.5 that I bought in a wonderful little camera shop in Southern on Sea when I lived there in the 1980s. The camera is a Leica M (type 240). This is Hunt's Lock at Northwich, Cheshire on the Weaver Navigation. Edited to say that I hadn't noticed that my sensor needs cleaning. I hadn't noticed that until I posted.
