A few pieces needing identification

Hi all, I found these in a box full of Nikon and Retina stuff and have no idea how it got there. I've been through some Leica Extras booklets but can't find what they might be (that first box had a bunch of tiny metal rods and a translucent screen inside). I'm not sure how much of it is even Leica, but it was all in the case box. Any thoughts? Thanks!

The first photos illustrate the box of the ELNY flash. I had one in my Fontenelle collection, and will try to find back - and publish - a photo.

Thanks for the info. Looks like nothing there is Leica except for the boxes!

Not exactly... :) the instruction leaflet for the flash is surely Leitz-original, and probably part of the flash kit indentified by Pecole... it has a certain interest for Leica collectors, because it is specifically related to the Leicas with red ("roten") synchro numbers.. a well known evolution step in the history of Leitz (if you look at the used items offered for sale by specialized dealers, you can easily verify that, for instance, the Leica IIIf for sale always bear the specification "black scale" or "red scale")
