APO 50 images

The incomparable Magnus Walker.  Shot pretty much in darkness under LA's 6th street bridge.  ISO 10000 on the MM246.

I had to take this quickly because Magnus was kind enough to pose for me while being pulled 500 different ways at once by others wanting his attention.

First walk around with the APO-Summicron-M 50 ASPH.  Thanks Cupid!

Two more,  I've had an older summicron 50, it was my first Leica lens,  this lens is unbelievable.

Easily my favorite lens in spite of my frustrations with its build quality.  I am seriously, seriously considering dumping everything else I own and going film only.  M6+APO50 / MP+APO50.

M6, Portra 400, Venice Beach, CA - scanned on a Pakon F135... no post processing

Nice shot, Joshua. It is a stunning lens, although I find myself using the 35mm Summilux on my M6 more often than the Apo 50. On my MM it is the opposite, so both lenses tend to stay on their respective cameras.
