MAX Posted December 12, 2013 Share #2 Posted December 12, 2013 METZ SCA Adapter 3502 ( M5 ) + METZ Flash 40 ~ 58 for TTL ! ...without TTL - every Flash over central contact.
asalazar Posted December 13, 2013 Author Share #3 Posted December 13, 2013 Thanks. I usually shoot with the flash in manual mode. I use a handheld exposure meter, fire the flash, measure it and then i decide exposure trying to match the strobe with the natural light. That is the way i learned to work with flash so i don´t need the TTL system. What unit do you recommend for this manual approach?, something small and not so expensive Armando
MAX Posted December 13, 2013 Share #4 Posted December 13, 2013 What unit do you recommend for this manual approach?, something small and not so expensive ...without TTL - every Flash over central contact. For METZ Flash(es) the SCA Standard Adapter 3001 is sufficient. All other Flash ( z.Bsp. LEICA 24 D etc. ) have this "option" inside.

250swb Posted December 13, 2013 Share #6 Posted December 13, 2013 Swivel and tilt head an Olympus FL36 or FL50. Both are small and powerful and although made to match the m43 format they do have a conversion setting for use with the 35mm format.
