The carrozzeria which built the car was known for prototypes and small series niche models. One model was build in larger amounts for a big italian maker (not the car in question). The chassis of the car in question was completed at the maker, the carrozzeria didn´t make the complete car. The maker assembled it.

OK one more hint: This car had a pretty modern 4 cyl. engine for the time made. The maker of this car also made 8 cyl. cars which were designed by the same design company.

Another hint: The car is question was also offered as a Coupe.

An ATS of some description? The front looks like a P1800 but they were made by Jensen not in Italy. I thought you previously said yes to it being an Iso??

Wilson, not an ATS. Much larger maker than A.T.S.

Also not an ISO.

I confirmed the engine is not Italian and I confirmed it must be another one than ISO Rivolta because the air intake looks different. I should have excluded ALL ISOs instead of excluding just an ISO Rivolta, sorry.

With saying it must be another one than "example" ISO Rivolta it could also be a Rolls Royce Phantom etc., not? Sorry for the misunderstanding.

So you mean The engine is not Italian, like for example in an Iso Rivolta (altough it must be another one because the air intake looks different)?

Engine not Italian is correct. Not an ISO Rivolta also correct.
