I'm trying to repair my M240P. Its circuit is very simple, much simpler than a mobile phone. I only need a circuit diagram. Please don't persuade me to go to Leica for repair, thank you!

Does anyone know the specific model of this chip?

They should be ICs in the power supply section,

but I can't know the specific model of 20F.

What is their function?
