LocalHero1953 Posted April 7, 2018 Share #1228  Posted April 7, 2018 Cathedral tea (St Edmundsbury Cathedral cafe) CL + Summilux-M 35mm FLE at f/1.4. This makes a good 50mm equivalent on the CL. I've been using a Summaron-M 35mm f/2.8, but it is not very exciting with colours. This is better. Welcome, dear visitor! jaapv Posted April 8, 2018 Share #1236 Â Posted April 8, 2018 When I used the 55-135mm for winter sports, I found if I set the focusing target wider other than spot AF it did a better job of acquiring AF. There's a unique, organic quality to these images which I like. I've notice that all Leica's using the Maestro have a very distinct character. Same here, for a long lens Spot AF is really a small area which may lead to the lens searching for a contrasty bit.
