Sigma is introducing two new wide-angle fixed focal lengths for full-frame cameras (L-mount and Sony E-mount), the SIGMA 20mm F1.4 DG DN and SIGMA 24mm F1.4 DG DN.

Both lenses will be launched by end of August and will cost $ 899 /  (SIGMA 20mm F1.4 DG DN) and $ 799 (SIGMA 24mm F1.4 DG DN). Both lenses are available for pre-order at B&H:

If you are interested in Astro photography: I like this channel a lot and he compared the two new lenses with some competitors. As far as I can tell the 20mm's main flaw is it's vignette wide open. But I think that's manageable with proper lens profiles in Lightroom (or other tools) and by stopping down a bit. I think that will be the ultrawide I get at some point. Too bad Panasonic didn't release the 18mm yet 😕
