How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2048 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Fil

It could have been an amazing image with a little gap between the top of the building and the edge of the frame.

As you can imagine I have that shot too.  

I prefer this one as it is ‘less comfortable’ to look at, which, for me, is the point of the shot.

Excellent contrast -- the focus is on the tentacles and the menace of the image. You have good separation from the building and the lines don't get caught in a mess of conflicting lines. Thanks, CHIPS

M10M+35Biogon. Narrowed the range a bit with Irridient Developer. I will have to sacrifice my 50Apo for the newCron 35.

Thanks for the comments - the 50mm f1 version 4, despite being circa 300g heavier than my Summilux-M ASPH seems to have become something of a fixture on my M10M.  

I checked the .dng in LR and no, no added vignette.

This is what the M10M is all about - superb tones and very, very subtle tonal gradations.

M10M. Had another go with a Summicron 40mm. It bites a bit hardern than the Biogon.
