Picked up the M10M Wetzlar this afternoon at Leica Ginza, Tokyo. Excitable me just threw on the first lens I could find and shot a few pictures outside before dinner. This is picture #8. Of no particular merit (sorry), but I already love the deep rich shadows. I'm going to have so much fun with this camera 😊

Oh my, just wow on so many levels. I bought the 28 1.4 but when I see photographs like this taken with the 24 1.4 I have regret I did not buy the 24 1.4 instead.

Congratulations on the composition of this picture along with perfect light.

From a walk around the neighborhood tonight. A taxi company getting ready for the evening's business. Amazing detail at these high ISOs (1250 and 6400)

Phil.  This is an excellent composition and the tones are wonderful.  I do have one question.  Is the "halo" around the dog natural or the result of some spill over from perhaps lightening the dog in post?

White Sands National Park (trip #5). M10M + APO 50mm + orange filter.

That wonderful feeling of finally "getting" how to create M10M photographs. This is my favorite camera I've every had the luxury of shooting.

I have been to White Sands and had the difficult task of photographing the stark white namesake sands and try to get them to look good.  These are very nice, but do give a false idea of the sands.  Did you try to brighten them up so they really are white, yet not so much to loose the detail you have captured?  Mine are in color, and before my Leica so not postable here.  This is not meant to be a criticism, but it would be nice to see them high key like the sands really are.  I really do like these.  Did you use a red filter for the sky?
