How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2480 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Fil

Still waiting for the SL2: How do you determine the depth of focus? Trial or error, on the top DISPLAY (as with the SL)? Look-up table? Just curious...

Is it my biased opinion or what? I can feel the depth beyond what my M10 and SL can produce. Totally differentiated.

Comparing to the shot below taken 5 years ago on M240+21lux f16, 7sec the pics below looks flat.

I did not have  the biggest problems in this setting ( by testing the 16-35 with 3.0 filter + polarizer i had more problems....). What is more important to me is yo ought to turn off the shake reduction while working with long exposure.

Not only ISO (@mediafotografie  very good)  but also the shake reduction has to be shown:
Hand held SL-II with 24-90 1/4 sec f5.0 ISO 100
