How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2480 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Fil

Large male Leopard in the early evening-  I hadn't seen him, he was hiding in the long grass. He suddenly sat up, appearing out of nowhere  -Okavango Delta, Botswana

The Summaron-M 1:5.6/28 black paint edition is one of my fave lenses for its looks, diminutive size, and especially its character and flaws. Here shot with Summicron 75 and shown adapted to another camera. No matter what you put it on it looks good and takes great images. SL2 + Summicron 75 is my another favourite combo.

The Church of St Peter and Paul, Lavenham, Suffolk.  These large churches in small Suffolk towns were built on the profits of the wool trade.
