How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2048 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Fil

One more photo from todays lunch walk. Tried zone focusing for the first time. I'm not really friend with the distance scale on the Q2 yet, so instead I just set the focus manually on a subject that was around 2 meters from me and then just kept shooting with that, and it seemed to work OK.

I would have liked to use a lower aperture though, and it would really be a great feature if it would be possible to use the auto focus and set it to a maximum distance. I tried using multi point auto focus as well, but it always seems to lock on something in the background instead of my subject.

Edit: Unfortunately all the sharpness seems to have gone out of these files when I reduced them to fit the forum size limits.

I succumbed to the temptation of a Q2. Four & a half months wait in the UK for delivery. Most impressed with its low light performance but I'm still learning ~ slowly....
