Philip G Posted August 19, 2018 Share #2 Posted August 19, 2018 Great shot and a very interesting camera/lens combination. Were you using a 'real' CL (film!) with an adaptor?
fotografr Posted August 19, 2018 Share #3 Posted August 19, 2018 I completely agree with the above comment. Were you using a filter to get the sky dark, or was that done in post?

I completely agree with the above comment. Were you using a filter to get the sky dark, or was that done in post?Dear friends, thank you very much for your encouraging feedback. I did not use a Minolta/Leica film camera, but the enjoyable new digital CL. As always, I shoot in RAW (ding) that I convert to BW with Nik Silver Efex. For this shot, I used the red filter in Silver Efex to darken the sky. I should also confess that I very much enjoy using my old manual Nikkor lenses via the Novoflex adapter. I kept a few from the old time and I still find them excellent on digital cameras. Edited August 19, 2018 by Louis

Boojay Posted August 27, 2018 Share #10 Posted August 27, 2018 (edited) Wow Louis, quite a find and capture, love the processing, bringing out all that detail, the shadows, the clouds, the reflections in the puddles, great composition Louis. Should say congrats to Rone too, work of art, with interesting sentiment. Edited August 27, 2018 by Boojay
