Herr Barnack Posted April 28, 2017 Share #101 Posted April 28, 2017 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) Absolutely - what you need is the new Fogg 'The Last Waltz' bag It will (at a pinch) hold 3 bodies with small lenses (think 50 'lux) with a couple of other lenses into the bargain - a bit bigger than the B-Laika and a bit slimmer than the B-SharpIMG_0296.JPG @jono, you are killing me over here! Just about the time I had myself convinced that I don't wantneed a Fogg, you go and post a photo of your "Last Waltz!" Gaaaaaaaaa!! Magic Posted April 29, 2017 Share #103 Posted April 29, 2017 800g, I received my canvas one this morning and just weighed it. According to the ONA-website, the leather version is 2lbs (907g) whereas the canvas version is 1.7lbs (771g) but when I lifted the leather version, it felt almost twice as much as the canvas... The newest version which is nylon, is less than the canvas version. The bag alone is less than a pound. I am tempted. Just over $100 which is pretty cheap. Herr Barnack Posted April 29, 2017 Share #106 Posted April 29, 2017 (edited) you are in danger, Carlos Unfortunately, you are correct. GAS for a Fogg camera bag, otherwise known as GASbag - the hideous and incurable affliction which sooner or later lays siege to all M camera connoisseurs. I have had a good run, though. I have been able to evade this infirmity for over a decade up till now. With regard to any of my frenemies in these environs who would attempt to label me a gasbag, your vile serpent tongues sting me not; I have been called worse by my own mother and lived to tell. Belle123 Posted April 29, 2017 Share #107 Posted April 29, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) ...then you need to change your nick... Not. My favorite USEFUL bag is Billingham bags. But for something more fashionable, always on the hunt.....it's a disease. I already have too many bags! Ha!

Just over $100 which is pretty cheap. I didn't read the description closely enough when I ordered and did indeed buy the canvas version. However, it's still lighter than my other bags so I don't mind the extra weight at all. Plus it holds my M2, 109, spare battery, 2 filters and a couple of extra rolls of film, a perfect day bag. Ha! ..which is what I was used to tell my wife...you already have so many bags!... Than being both passionate photographers we both need bags...and since when I use her Billingham it's more difficult to say ... now we both need a new bag...not a disease but maybe a virus robert
Steve Ash Posted April 30, 2017 Share #113 Posted April 30, 2017 Plenty of practicable choices but I am still looking for an Italian company stepping in with a fashionable design and not crying CAMERA BAG. ruby Posted April 30, 2017 Share #114 Posted April 30, 2017 Fogg Soprano, small, best quality, it holds my M 10 with Summilux FLE 35 mm, a Macro-Elmar 90 mm, a Mate 28-35-50 mm and a Voigtländer Color-Skopar 21 mm.
CJJon Posted April 30, 2017 Share #115 Posted April 30, 2017 Billingham Hadley Pro for me. Two M bodies at each end with lenses attached and three more lenses up the middle. Easy to switch between bodies when I want to go from color to BW, I just lift up the flap and slide one camera in and slip one out. Takes seconds. Water proof and the insert is very nice. I have a black on black version which stands out less (if you dress like Johnny Cash). The feature I like the best is the handle on top. I can tuck in the strap and carry it like a briefcase. Great for carrying onto a plane. It isn't Eyetalian, and I am not sure if it's fashionable. I've also no idea if others think it is a camera bag loaded with $20K worth of gear...
emilspix Posted May 1, 2017 Share #116 Posted May 1, 2017 arrived today Looks splendid! I was actually trying to find another color (Smoke Grey) from the Leica Collection (Bowery as well) but it seems no Leica stores are carrying other color besides the Leather one ... they seem to be out of stock as shown in Leica Store Miami. Any chance you can point to your dealer? Thanks!
Magic Posted May 1, 2017 Share #117 Posted May 1, 2017 Sure, I got it from Leica UAE in Dubai and they ship overseas with FedEx. You can send them email, extremely friendly and helpful. Good luck.
otto.f Posted May 1, 2017 Share #118 Posted May 1, 2017 Because I use only one body since my M10 I don't need a posh bag so much anymore. A neckstrap and a bum bag from a Tunesian market for one or two lenses is enough
Overgaard Posted May 1, 2017 Share #119 Posted May 1, 2017 Here's the bag if you can't get the second body and Noctilux. That'a about the price of it. Made by www.matteoperin.com and we photographed some of his bags the other day. Fits Billingham Hadley Pro insert and 15" MacBook.
Eoin Posted May 1, 2017 Share #120 Posted May 1, 2017 Here's the bag if you can't get the second body and Noctilux. That'a about the price of it. I'd rather not have the problem of worrying about the value of both the camera and bag when I go out shooting.... Anyway it wouldn't suit, lack of shoulder strap and would clash with everything in my wardrobe.
