How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2480 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “c

A bit earlier in the day and foggier when I was there. (S120, but on the SL 601).

Very nice image!.

Here is one taken with the same s2 and APO-Summarit-S 120 lens the next day. You may see the Alcatraz Island in the upper portion of the image.

So, where were you Ropo and ocean2059?

What is that yellow building up there? Why did you take that photograph? Why don’t you people tell us, what there is in your images? Is the quality of your lenses all that matters?

All right, now I know: Alcatraz. But what is that forest in the middle of the image? Why has it been left there? Do you have images taken inside that forest?

It was a mystical, foggy morning in the S.F. bay. I was on a boat which sailed around the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz. Here's one of the bridge, also taken with the S 120 (on the SL 601). And, Alcatraz, close up.

The S120 is one of my favorite S lenses, so much clarity and detail, with gorgeous smooth bokeh.
