Thank you. The one I posted have zero crop, not even minor tilt.

I did the crop and redo the edit a little bit. In additional to crop, I mainly darken the OOF area to make them less distract, maybe a little over done because it is a fast edit. I think the new version has a tighter and more straightforward composition than before.

+ for the (revised) composition; but a little dark in the dark regions for my taste. I do enjoy your images with deliberate use of focus, highlights and shadows; so let's see more... !

I agree with you and realize the black level problem after post. Thank you for your kind comments. I appreciate.

GFX100S with Leica 180S and Fotodiox adapter

I figured if we can post S body with No OEM lens images, maybe this is allowed.

Great! Hopefully ok to post images with the many, lovely S-lenses!

Do you still have an S body? I ask as I'm wondering if you used the GFX100S for the higher resolution or for another reason.

I do, actually I still have two S006. I enjoy shooting GFX by adapting all kinds of lens on it to get different look. S glasses is just one of them. I have Contax 645,(with smart adapter) Hasselblad V (with speed booster), ZE (smart adapter, OTUS, classic), Nikon G/F glasses. This is a heaven system for me.

As mentioned before in S forum, using lens like 180 is a lot fun with IBIS, not only get sharper image, wider shooting envelop but also stabilize the viewfinder to make a better shooting experience for long glass. GFX also help me on manual focus. I can do most manual focus on S with its beautiful view finder but only in near distance with good light and only for 37M if I shoot wide open. And, for prime lens shooting, crop is significant feature for me so I don't need change lens as often. With crop, 180mm can get me 300mm focal on GFX100s, still at 37M. I haven't explore much taking S glass GFX combination with me on trip but I plan to do so in the future. It will be a f8 and be there system for me 😂 (have to pre fix aperture before trip or take S body with me to change aperture)

Since this is image thread.

A test shot with GFX100S and S180, shot wide open with focus on the nearest village, using a shimmed (= 26.3mm thick) Fotodiox adapter.
