Peculiar bokeh surrounding the high-contrast margins of the the towers on the right. Does not seem to be duplicated with the buildings on the left.

The double contour is visible on the left hand side as well, for instance between the roof windows and the sky.

I wonder if this is due to processing. The "clarity" slider in Lightroom or "structure" in SilverFX (like in the "Full Dynamic harsh" filter) can cause this kind of bokeh.
