Currently there are 373 images in this album, all with the 50AA:

The shots are really, really, sharp. My 50 Summicron is the only lens I do not use so much. The quality was fine, but not stunning like the AA.

This image has caught my attention.  Clarity, tonal range.

And it compelled me to re-read your comprehensive review, Thorsten:

a film at its best his like 6mp

… probably if developed and scanned at the local supermarket, otherwise that's a very doubtful metric.

Even my dirty, hard pushed TriX scans reveal detail way beyond 12MP, when scanned in quick method.

I wouldn't be surprised this could be easily improved with a drum-scan or Imacon scan, but what does that add to the discussion anyway, as we will see 1024px sized samples in this thread anyway - done with film or with a 24MP digital  :p

I too would like to see some film use with this lens, preferably in difficult light (lots of point light sources in the background, city scape night shots, close up portraits with side- and back light, …).

"there are around 20 million "quality" pixels in a top-quality 35mm shot. That's a shot with a tripod, mirror-up, with a top-rate lens and the finest-grained film, in decent light. 12 million are more typical for "good" shots. There may be as few as 4 million "quality" pixels in a handheld shot with a point-and-shoot camera or camera with a poor lens."
