Love this, fotomas. Respect for being able to keep the camera anything like horizontal as the yacht must have been rocking and rolling!

Thanks!

Yeah - that ain't easy and from the 6 exposures on the film here only about 2 are mostly in level. It ins't so much to have the camera in level when you press the button. The greatest problem is, because of the rotating lens, that this condition has to last a few seconds also. And mostly the waves will change this so you got a curved horizon. And because it's analog you see only after the journey what you got...
But this surprise is one of the spices with analog;-)

Visited 'Thorndon Park North' near my town of BRENTWOOD ( England ---- NOT Brentwood California or Tennessee!) with Camera Club friends but we had missed the 'best part of Autumn '---  overcast and grey light. I had taken my 1962 Rolleiflex E3 Planar and small tripod. I loaded with 2005 dated  Fuji NPC 160 film set to 100 ASA on a Weston Master meter. Not 'Prizewinners' but I tried ----

Couple more early morning shots in the local Botanical Gardens. These are my favourites.  Taken with the usual Hasselblad 503cx, 80mm Zeiss Planar f/2.8 and Lomography 400.

Nefarious backlight is a "plus"  for the photos
