I think the reflection is a nice addition One of the interesting things about glass from the late 18th & early 19th Centuries is how it looks more modern than it actually is. Did you notice how even the lighting is throughout the Museum? It might vary floor to flooor but over large areas on a given floor it is reasonably consistent.
