Guten Abend Leica Forum, ich bin seit einiger Zeit auf der Suche nach einer Leica M8/8.2. Bisher habe ich dafür Ebay oder Ebay-Kleinanzeigen genutzt. Leider sind entweder alle Angebot meiner Meinung nach zuteuer oder zuschnalle vergriffen. Ich werde dort weiter suchen aber, wollte fragen ob ihr mir auch andere Orte empfehlen könnt. Egal ob Online oder nicht. Sollte nur nicht allzu weit von Frankfurt entfernt sein. Vielen Lieben dank schonmal im Vorraus. Liebe Grüße Flo

Bought used M8.2 which worked fine for few months, then one day could not zoom in and out of images on camera. Wheel spins but does not do anything. Anyone have this happen??

Hello all Following on from my 'in for repair' comments i have had more of a play with the D-Lux 4 and realise that whilst it is a decent camera it is not in the same league IQ wise as the X1. Nor is it my idea of an ideal companion. What it has made me realise, though, is that i do have a selective need for some zoom capability as well as some macro function as well So my quandry is now as follows and please bear with me on this - I will probably look to an M8.2 (not an M8 as i would always be thinking about the .2 i am missing) to compliment my X1. This is irrespective of the May announcement and i accept that this could also develop into an M9 in the future but lets stick to M8.2 for this topic (realistic in money terms at present) My perspective is that i can get a used M8.2 plus a lens (or two) for the price of the body of the M9. I have never owned/used a DSLR so am not comparing an M to this so wont be aware of the lack of AF speeds (X1 is fast enough for me) zoom capability, video and other things i just dont/wouldnt use. I know the M is a manual camera and i am familiar with the rangefinder system. My DSLR comment is purely showing that i am not 'tainted' by other technology so will be effectively starting clean Before the X1 i used my pocket Panasonic TZ8 but now realise how lacking the IQ is vs the X1. Even the D-Lux is way short So my question is this (hinted in the title). What lens would i look to get with an M8.2 to compliment my X1? Generally the X1 for landscapes/carry round and pocket camera shooting with the new M8.2 for part zoom 70% and macro 30% I appreciate this is probably covered in other threads but mine is specific to the M8.2 and its lenses alone Budget for lens(es) say circa £1500 Thanks in advance Mark

Empfehlungen für Leica M mit Objektiv

Hallo zusammen, nun ja ich möchte eine Kleien Vorgeschichte erzählen warum ich mich näher mit dem Thema Leica auseinander setze. Alles fin im letzten Jahr mit einer kleinen D-Lux 5 an, nun was soll ich sagen sie machte für mich einfach geniale Bilder und sie besaß auch wenn das manche Leute nicht hören wollen dieses sogenannte etwas in den Bildern, eben Leica Stil. Nach den letzten Aufnahmen mit der D-Lux 5 stellt ich mir die Frage warum kaufe ich mir keine aus der M Serie? Da ich bereits Hobby mäßig mit DSLR´s aus dem Hause Nikon und dazugehörigen Festbrennweiten geknipst habe möchte ich nun eventuell diesen Schritt zum Umstieg ins M Lager wagen. Der Schwerpunkt der Kamera soll in erster Linie als Immer dabei Objekt dienen. Doch ich brauche eine bisschen Unterstützung zu ein paar Fragen. Zum einen worin ist der genaue Unterschied zwischen M8, M8.2 und M9? Sicher das die letztere VF ist habe ich entdeckt. Doch auf der Leica HP findet man zu den ersteren beiden keine Infos ebenso wenig wie in verschiedenen Foren. Was für eine Kamera Objektiv Kombination macht Sinn immer in Betracht ob es die Drop Variante als Body oder die VF Kamera wird? Und macht es Sinn eine M8 oder M8.2 gebraucht zu erwerben? Denn wenn ich richtig gelesen habe gibt es lediglich die M9 noch neu (korrigiert mich wenn ich falsch liege). Wenn ja wäre ich dankbar wenn ihr die ein oder andere Bezugsquelle mit posten könntet. Ausserdem stellt sich die Frage ob und welche Händler die Systeme verleihen das man diese testen kann, denn schließlich ist der Messsucher schon ein anderes System als eine herkömmliche DSLR. Ausserdem interessieren Erfahrungsberichte, Reviews in deutsch in jeglicher Art. Ich hoffe das ich ein kleines Feedback aus dem Forum bekomme und Danke allen vorab... -
