While the Godox Cells 2 does support HSS it does not pick up the HSS trigger signal from the Leica. So, unfortunately for us Leica users, HSS not work with any third party wireless trigger.

An extension lead may get you out of the hole. A 10m (33') should still give you HSS with off camera flash. Two downsides,

 

1. You are attached to the flash and are dragging a lead around with you.

 

2. You will only get HSS with one flash gun, so no multi flash setups.

To the OP. The work-around for not having HSS is to use neutral density (ND) filters. With the right filter you can cut down the light to your sync speed at what ever aperture you use. A great plece to get then in the size that you need is:
