allamande Posted September 17, 2009 Share #5 Â Posted September 17, 2009 Very dramatic light, contrast, and composition. I say there is hope in that posture, in the gesture of looking ahead. Very intriguing scene with many possible stories. Â Ece
PhotoArchival Posted September 17, 2009 Share #6 Â Posted September 17, 2009 Nice frame, Jon, and light. The sunny white shirt is a bit bright on my monitor, but the details are still there. Might be intentional and a matter of taste. The clouds on the other hand exhibits a lot of artifacts. But the contrast is interesting compared to the rest of the shot which seem sharp and smooth. I think the guy in the back with the other white shirt helps to balance things out. Good you didn't leave him out of the picture. Full frame? jplomley Posted September 17, 2009 Share #8 Â Posted September 17, 2009 Jon, a most powerful capture. Contrast at its starkest works exceptionally well here. One of my favorites.
