hsw Posted March 30, 2009 Share #1 Posted March 30, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) You all know of the health challenges my family faces, and your thoughts and prayers have done wonders for us. My Little Girl (our eldest) has done her part to help us out; she has just been selected for a full four-year academic scholarship to Univ of Richmond where she will study Physics and Mathematics. What a load off our minds! Like Big-Foot, the camera-shy Little Girl is only photographed from a distance: She stands before Claiborne Robbins, Univ of Richmond benefator (Robitussin, ChapStick etc.)

Sandokan Posted April 1, 2009 Share #16 Posted April 1, 2009 Congratulations and good luck to her. Tell her from me that the training she receives in Physics and the analytical skills she develops will help her in whatever profession she takes up afterwards. Ravi PS The Feymann Lectures are always interesting reading and not too advanced to start on now.
