The concrete arch bridge that resembles an aqueduct was the KEY.  That's the Francis Scott Key bridge over the Potomac in Wash.DC.?

Absolutely! Well done. Looking towards the Key bridge over the Potomac, linking Washington DC with Arlington, Virginia.  On the right bank in the distance is Georgetown, DC.  In the left bank foreground is Theodore Roosevelt Island.

 

The aircraft which you can see is on final approach to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Arlington, Virginia.

 

As many will of course know, Francis Scott Key wrote the lyrics to the Star Spangled Banner, national anthem of the United States of America.
