sorry if I ask, but what  you guys intedn to shoot at ISO 6400?

 

Things, people and scenes at night. I take a lot of my photography pre-dawn or late evening, where the higher ISO you can use without significant noise the better. This is especially true if you are using slower zoom lenses.

My new Leica CL arrived yesterday! From my first little trip around the neighborhood a couple of hours ago.

Who would have thought, 11-23 zoom for close ups?

But the trick here was to use a close up lens. I attached a 72mm Canon 500D Close Up lens to the front. 

Magnification is very useful, these leaves and fruits on the branch are very small.

Very nice.  With the silver cap and the silver streamers in the background, contrasted with the smooth, even skin tones, it looks like a very theatrical modelling arrangement!

Sometimes even a princess for a day finds it all a bit too much.
