  1. What is interesting how often you see used gfx systems for sale.
  2. With any SL camera you get the advantage that the camera knows/can read the coding and correct the lens. Also as far as I know its the best solution for IQ in the corners due to sensor/micro lenses besides Leica M bodies. It would be my choice if I did not have a digital M body.
  3. spring is coming...S006+120 Macro
  4. thank you guys!!! I went back to trust more my eyes and looks like I am more successful in achieving good focus, thank you for your tips and help! I love those S lenses!
  5. I just did the same. Love those S-lenses so much. Well knowing the A-technology is a little outdated. But I believe I have found some ways to make it work (with the help of some forum members-thank you!)
  6. just make it work fast and well with the "old" S-lenses, make it fast, deliver good profiles, good color above noise at ISO 125000. I also would prefer 3:4 or even 4:5 above 2:3. Please a price which is realistic. and a great viewfinder.
  7. Square is a special format, which you would crop to 3x4 or 2x3 most of the time, in this case a 35x35 sensor is not more than a FF sensor. I would not mind a 3x4 sensor like x2d, or just the traditional 3x2.
  8. I am not interested in a camera with a large sensor just to use in in crop mode with M and SL lenses. I also expect that Leica takes care of people who have invested about 30-50k in S-lenses. I understand mirrorless brings new lenses, but Nikon and Canon show that its possible to make DSLR-lenses work well on mirrorless bodies. That is my expectation to Leica for the S4.
  9. Frienkly for me the most important thing of the S4 will be that the existing S-lenses do work well with it, and not if I can adapt M or SL lenses and use them cropped. We have the M and SL bodies for M and SL lenses. I hope the S-lenses work better on the S4 than they do on the SL2 with adapter. I am not so happy to read the speculation about a new mount. I had hoped they will keep the S mount. Anyways, overall I am very interested what we will see and when it will be announced/available.
  10. Vielleicht möchten auch Menschen, die zeitlich sehr eingebunden sind in ihrem Hobby die aktuellste Technik nutzen.
  11. Well, I asume that Canon and Nikon do have advantages with their lenses (speculation), at least they have a lot of experience with lenses for sports, action and wildlife. The 90280 is a great range but also quite heavy lens. So I assume these masses are harder to move fast than for example the light 70200/2.8 RF Canon lens. But maybe we will see some new faster lenses in the SL lineup in the future.
  12. Thank you for the movie. So what is your conclusion?
  15. Which lens do you use mainly? ANd in which areas you see the advantage of the S3 compared to the other 2?
