Hopefully their new CEO is one of their former engineer knowing what to do !! Leica Camera AG new CEO is a bean counter. And that is worrisome. ceebee58 Posted June 7, 2022 Share #179 Posted June 7, 2022 As someone who was looking at a smaller replacement for my Canon 6D I chose a used T (in fact it had never even had the firmware updated and the strap is still unattached) because of the brand , the iQ and the availability of Leica glass - some at affordable prices , all within my budget. Gutted the aps-c line is being discontinued but I console myself with the following; -Its a real Leica not a Panasonic rebadge and hopefully will last like a Leica - I still get the glass and maybe prices will drop as the models are discontinued (I live in hope !) I have even bought a simple adapter that allows me to access some of the older M lenses - It really is a great camera with all the control I could possibly want and IQ is astounding.
