CL + Panasonic 20-60

Does anyone have experiences with the Pana 20-60 on a CL?

Mostly I use my tiny CL with my M-Lenses.
But in some very rare moments it would be nice to have a standard zoom.

I have just chanced across this thread and am VERY surprised as I have the Pan 20-60 which I use almost all of the time now on my Leica SL as it is super sharp, and I have also been just as pleased with it on my CL and TL2 even when compared to my genuine Leica TL type lrenses, so am wondering if you might somehow have just been unlucky and simply got hold of a faulty Panasonic 20-60 lens? Try sending it back as I promise I could not be more pleased than I am with mine, and as a former lifelong Pro I promise I do know what I am talking about and am also a high definition freak. Don

Hi , 

I had it on my CL , for me size and weight was ok . The performance also was ok for the price . I sold it because I didn't like the feel of it , to much plastic and when I zoomed it wobbled too much. I don't know if it was my version of it . So I decided to sell it and look for T 18 - 56.

I have one on my CL and find it perfectly ok, I’ve sold my TL lenses in favour of using it and the forthcoming 70-300 as a ‘hiking kit’

I’ve sold my 20-60, and instead use the Panasonic 16-35. Great zoom range for what I usually photograph. A bit bigger than the 20-60, yes, but very sharp.

I sold the 20-60mm in favor of the TL 18-56mm, but I am interested in that new P 70-300mm, should be a perfect in between lens for me, the 70-200mm f4 being to big and heavy

and the 100-400mm a bit on the long slow side.😉

i bought one to share with a S1r, I love the lens as its rather sharp, AF/MF switch, quick to focus, the focal range equivalent (30-90), compact and lightweight. The trouble I have with it is it can go through batteries quite quickly
