Burlington Arcade this afternoon ..... SL 75

I think I went past as you were taking this - if I'd realised I'd have come over to say hello. Incidentally, with my pedant's hat on, that's actually the Royal Arcade - the Burlington is around the corner - just in case anyone wants to copy your shot and can't find the place! Lovely shot.

OK I can confess I have an Instagram account where I only post easy sunset pictures for the 12 followers I have, mostly neighbors who enjoy our very nice little hidden place. Today I'm posting here a crop of an SL2 picture shot with the Summicron SL 35. Just removed a bit of yellow and added a bit of contrast. But this too, the SL2 can do: online social network photography 😂

SL2 / ISO 100 / 1/1250th at f:8.0. the other 200+ sunsets are on https://instagram.com/leica_tonio but once again, it's really for the 12 people we are in this area... Boring if you don't live here.

+1. Add the 1.4x extender, and you have an even longer lens with very little (essentially no) loss of quality...

Q: Which Leica lens do you use to get the SL2 to recognise this as a 500mm lens? (since we cannot set the focal length explictly in the menu).

Too much cold and snow - some of us have sunny Holidays!! 😀SL 90-280 | f3.8 - I can see myself using this lens much more than on my SL also it has helped a lot buying a handstrap by Peak Design.
